Privacy Policy
Last updated:
Crestive Digital (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an independent product studio. We design, build, and publish our own software and games. We do not take client projects and we do not collaborate with outside companies. This policy explains what information we collect on this website and across our products, how we use it, and your choices.
1) What we collect
- Site diagnostics — Basic, privacy-respecting logs that help us keep the site secure and reliable (e.g., IP address, user agent, pages viewed, timestamps). We do not use third-party ad trackers.
- Contact messages — If you email info@crestive.digital or submit a form, we collect the contents of your message and any details you provide (name, email, project context, attachments).
- Product telemetry (if you opt in within our apps) — Some of our apps may collect usage events or crash reports to improve stability. When used, this is documented within the app and can be disabled where applicable.
2) How we use information
We use the information we collect only for Crestive Digital and our constituents—that is, our own products, brands, legal entities, and trusted service providers acting on our instructions. Typical uses include:
- Responding to inquiries and providing support.
- Operating, securing, and improving our website and products.
- Analyzing aggregated usage to plan features and prioritize fixes.
- Meeting legal, compliance, and fraud-prevention obligations.
3) Legal bases (where applicable)
- Legitimate interests (e.g., security, product improvement, responding to messages).
- Consent (e.g., optional analytics/telemetry where offered).
- Legal obligation (e.g., to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights).
4) Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with:
- Constituents and service providers that help us run our products (e.g., hosting, email delivery, error reporting). They may process data solely to provide their contracted services to us, under confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Legal/disclosure when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or to prevent abuse.
5) Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Contact emails may be retained for record-keeping and to improve support. You can request deletion—see “Your rights” below.
6) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., access controls, encryption at rest/in transit where supported by our providers) to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to minimize risk and respond promptly to issues.
7) Children
Our site and general-audience products are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact info@crestive.digital.
8) International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer data, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual commitments) consistent with applicable law.
9) Your rights & choices
- Access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data.
- Opt-out of optional telemetry (where available in our apps).
- Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable by law.
To make a request, email info@crestive.digital. We may need to verify your identity.
10) Cookies & tracking
We avoid invasive tracking. If we use cookies, they’re primarily functional (e.g., remembering preferences) or strictly necessary for security and performance. Any analytics we use will be privacy-respecting and aggregated.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products evolve. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, when changes are material, provide a more prominent notice.
